Associate – Building Maintenance Manager
Ray’s maintenance experience spans almost 50 years and he is responsible for contracts administration and client representation for all industrial and commercial building maintenance projects throughout Tasmania.
Ray is responsible for the Building Maintenance Division which services over 500 facilities and $4.8M in annual maintenance contracts.
