Client: Kemp and Denning Limited Year: 2013 - current JMG worked with Kemp and Denning Limited to develop a 114-lot residential subdivision of over 10 ha at the former K&D [...]

This project saw JMG prepare a Master Plan for 247 residential lots, an aged care facility, retirement village and public open space. The Master Plan provides a structure to guide the infill of land between the existing suburban areas of Risdon Vale and Geilston Bay.

JMG prepared an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for a Conservation Area and to negotiate an associated Part 5 Agreement under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993. The Conservation Area, EMP and Part 5 Agreement were required as part of Council's planning approval for a retirement village and community centre.

JMG were engaged to provide environmental services for part of the Longford to Cressy Water Supply Pipeline development in Northern Tasmania. A water main pipeline was to be constructed in an area of Crown Land near Cressy, adjacent to the Macquarie River, to provide fully treated water to Cressy.
